Ships to the US and Canada; orders go out in 2 to 4 days. Unopened bars are replaced if something arrives wrong. Product images are studio representations: every bar is poured, cut, and wrapped by hand, so yours will have its own swirls, colors, and wrap. In the warm months, gift-set chocolates can soften or melt in shipping.
